Our Selection Process
At Creodata we believe that any successful placement starts with
a proper analysis of the job specifications. Therefore our
processes are designed to ensure that we take time to understand
the client's business, industry and competition as well as the core
competencies of the job before we can assume the search for a
suitable candidate. We would also pay attention to the culture of
the organization and department to ensure that the person we put
forward does not only possess the skill to do the job but also fits
the culture within the organization.
All these are done with the framework of legislation that governs
human resource management, i.e. Labor Relations Act, Employment
Equity Act.
Our candidates/consultants are sourced through the following
methods:
- Database - over the period of our existence we have managed to develop a database of excellent IT skilled consultants, ranging from Business/Systems analysts, Quality controllers, PC based and mainframe developers, which includes ORACLE, JAVA, NATURAL, COBOL and a range of Web development tools, and Data Base Administrators.
- Referrals - due to our strong presence in the industry, we have been able to attract some of our best consultants through networking.
- Before referring any candidate, we do reference, credit and criminal checks, as well as verification of qualifications through reputable agents.
