Creodata Business Solution is a 100% South African and Black owned establishment. A black woman owns 51% of the company.

Neo Masombuka, who is the CEO of the company, has no less than 8 years experience in Human Resource Management within the Banking sector. Her competency in recruitment and selection, which she has acquired during her tinier in a corporate environment, has provided the necessary backbone to this business, especially when it comes to applying ethical HR principles in all our processes.
She holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree from the esteemed University of Cape Town as well as a Postgraduate Diploma, from same institution.

Adriaan J Vivier is a director and owner of the company has 14 years IT experience. From software development through to Project Management.
He holds an N.Dip in CDP acquired from Vaal Triangle Technikon and is currently busy with a degree in Project Management through Cranefield.
He built up experience in the Insurance (Long and short term) industry, financial sector and Fleet Management.

Pieter Grimsell has 17 years IT experience varying from operations, Project management to systems design and development. He is a director and owner of Creodata.
As a consultant he built up extensive experience in a diverse field of business. This is Payroll, Human resources, Banking, Medical insurance, Manufacture and exports, Short term insurance, Life insurance and Fleet management.
